What Happens When You Reach Out

Reaching out can feel like a big step—and you deserve to know what comes next.

Once I receive your message, I’ll respond by email within a day or two. We’ll find a time for a free 20-minute consultation call, where we can talk about what’s been on your mind, what you're hoping for in therapy, and how I might be able to support you.

This call isn’t a commitment—it's a chance for us to get to know each other a bit and see if working together feels like a good fit. If it does, we’ll schedule your first full session and begin mapping out a path that feels aligned with your needs and goals.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out. Just take the first step—I’ll meet you there.

A Few Quick Things to Know

  • I offer therapy sessions for individuals and couples, with a specialty in sex therapy and relationship concerns.

  • My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware, and rooted in respect for your unique story and identity.

  • If my practice is full, I’m happy to offer a warm referral that fits your needs.

  • Feel free to note in your message whether you’d prefer I respond via email or phone—and if there are specific times that work best for a callback. I tend to respond more quickly to emails.
